The huge load of useful supplies that we gathered and took for free represent a great benefit to this agency in terms of money saved on office expenditures. In addition, we were excited to get useful things we would never buy because we would consider them “luxuries”—keyboards and trays and storage items, etc.

...I am pleased to write this letter of reference for Radstons Office Supply. They have been a supplier to the West Contra Costa School District, its 65 school sites and over 80 department sites since the mid 1980’s. We value our vendor relationship and appreciate the excellent job they do for our organization.

Radstons is a local, woman owned small business. We are still receiving a personal touch with their service that most other suppliers no longer offer. They have an experienced customer service staff and a dedicated outside sales representative to help with our every need. Their deliveries are made directly to where our staff wants them, complete, the next day. I find that their prices are comparable and frequently better than their larger competitors. Any of the buyers at our district office would attest to the fact that buying from Radstons makes their job a little easier.

When one of our elementary schools had a fire last year, Radstons coordinated with their vendors to deliver free supplies to help get them up and running again. Radstons was also instrumental in assisting district staff during the opening of Hercules Middle-High School helping not only with item selection, but then delivering the orders exactly where they were needed on the campus. When one of our schools has a fund raiser, Radstons is always there with support. Radstons tries to think of our needs first and that kind of support is rare from today’s vendors.
